Why we exist
Most of us are taught how to get a job. Very few are taught how to build the thing that creates the job. The Boardroom exists for the second lesson.
Why it works
Most training ends with a certificate and a hope. Ours ends at the AGM, and then we choose who goes further. That changes how people learn. Every course and every week of work counts toward something you can see.
