The Sitting
Each class at the Boardroom is a Sitting. A Sitting runs for three months, has twenty seats and ends at the AGM. The twenty people in each Sitting are the Boardies.

Every chair at the table is a seat in the Sitting. Tap an available chair to choose it.

Three months for all twenty Boardies. Eight courses taught by people who do the work, and a guest speaker. It ends at the AGM.
After the AGM, a few Boardies are invited to go further: to build and run a company, with all the support they need to set it up properly.
Three months, then what comes next
Darasa
Eight courses and a guest speaker. Every course ends with something made, sold, written or defended.
The guest speaker
One session with someone who has built something worth hearing about, followed by questions from the table.
The AGM
Every Boardie presents to the Selection Board. A few are invited to go on to Genba (ገንባ).
Genba (ገንባ)
For those invited: the support to build and run a company, on terms agreed in writing before you start.
